For the 2-Ingredient Option (Classic)

  • Open the Greek yogurt and give it a gentle stir.
  • Carefully press the cookies (Biscoff or Oreos) straight down into the yogurt until submerged.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight for the best texture.

For the Strawberry Flavor

  • Open the Greek yogurt, add the strawberry jam, and mix until well combined.
  • Press the Biscoff cookies straight down into the yogurt mixture.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

For the Tiramisu Flavor

  • Transfer the Greek yogurt to a small dessert cup.
  • Stir in the espresso until fully mixed.
  • Press the Biscoff cookies down into the coffee-infused yogurt.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle with cacao powder.

Notes

  • Yogurt Choice: Stick with Greek yogurt! Its thick texture is essential for this recipe to set correctly. Regular yogurt is too thin.
  • Stir First: Always give the yogurt a quick stir before adding flavors or cookies to ensure it's smooth.
  • Tiramisu Tip: Don't use more than 1 ½ tablespoons of espresso, or the yogurt will become too watery and the cookies won't have a firm base.
  • Patience is Key: Chilling overnight truly transforms the cookies into a soft, cake-like layer. It's worth the wait!
  • Storage: Keep it covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It’s best enjoyed within the first 2 days. Do not freeze.
