This cozy dish gives you tender chicken simmered in a rich, savory gravy with almost no effort at all. Everything cooks low and slow until it’s melt-in-your-mouth good and perfect over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.

Ingredients
3chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
10.5ozcan cream of chicken soup
2 - 8.7ozpackets chicken gravy
1.5cupswater
Mashed potatoes to serve
Parsley to garnish
Instructions
Whisk together the cream of chicken soup, gravy mix and water in a medium/large bowl, then pour over into the crockpot (or just mix right in the crockpot).
Add the chicken breasts to the crockpot, and season with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
When the chicken is tender, roughly shred it using two forks.
Add the shredded chicken back to the slow cooker, stir it into the gravy and cook for 15-20 minutes longer.
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles and garnish with parsley.
