Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a loaf pan with parchment.
Cut each biscuit in half, long ways.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice.
Add the remaining sugar to a shallow plate.
Press each biscuit half into the sugar on both sides.
Take a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture, and spread it over one of the sides.
Place this into the loaf pan, with the biscuit half sideways. *It can be helpful to tilt the bread pan while assembling the bread pieces.
Repeat the dipping in sugar and spoonful of the pumpkin mixture for all of the biscuit pieces.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
Allow the bread to cool most of the way. Before serving, whisk together the powdered sugar, cinnamon, and heavy cream.
Drizzle this over top of the bread & enjoy.
